This brand has been our favourite type of Incontinence trunks through childhood. Hopefully the mens sizes will be a continuation of this practical style. We find the trunks do balloon up a bit with air, but we just ignore that. We did find a style with air holes to stop this and adjustable elastic round the legs, but they were understandably more expensive.

Note for purchasers - Its important to get the right size for the elastic to fit round the leg and waist. And to make sure they are completely dry between uses to prevent mould growing on the grippy elastic.
