The Rip-Resistant Bodysuit is designed with short sleeves and long legs for optimal comfort and protection. Featuring a robust back zipper closure, it is meticulously crafted to deter self-undressing and nappy/pad removal.
Constructed from premium materials, including 67% polyester and 33% cotton with a weight of 240 grams, it offers exceptional strength and durability. Reinforced inside seams ensure long-lasting wear, making it ideal for individuals prone to impulsive behaviour and aggression.
Available in height 128-176cm, caregivers can choose from closure options including a press button with cover or a ring closure (lock not included) for added security.
Please note that locks are not included with the garment and will need to be purchased separately, if you wish to use one with the ring closure.
Wash at 60 degrees, avoiding bleach, and opt for a low setting when drying and ironing.
Please note:
The bodysuit fabric is rip-resistant in most circumstances; however, it is not designed to withstand persistent or extreme behaviour. Rip-resistant clothing is expected to last between 3 to 12 months, depending on individual use and care.
For best durability, wash regularly and avoid using fabric softener. If the end user chews, bites, or uses sharp objects, these garments may not be suitable. Please also ensure the item fits securely and that access to the inner fabric is restricted, as pulling at seams or layers can cause damage.
The garments are fitted with strong, heavy-duty zips; however, like all fastenings they can be damaged by excess strain or pressure. Please ensure the garment is correctly sized — an overly tight fit, especially across the chest or back, can place stress on the zip and seams and lead to failure. The garment should fit securely while still allowing comfortable movement and limiting access to inner layers. Zip damage may occur if the zip is left open during washing (which can damage the zip head) or if the fastening is repeatedly or forcefully pulled by the wearer.
These garments are rip-resistant, not rip-proof.
Experience unrivalled durability and peace of mind with the 2501 Rip-Resistant Bodysuit.

The first time she wore the outfit I noticed the neck line was uncomfortable for her and meant she wouldn’t eat or drink because it was pushing against her neck. But after a few washes it seems to be better. But has taken a while for her to tolerate wearing all day. It is good she is unable to get into her nappy while wearing and so far is holding up and not ripped as previous denim outfits I have bought her have ripped within a couple of times of being worn.
I was disappointed that I was charged delivery on ordering 3 outfits as the cost of clothing for my daughter is very expensive in comparison to normal children her age. It would be nice if they could be made to look less like hospital overalls and have some designs on them to make them not look so clinical.
But it’s doing it’s job so far preventing escape and getting her hands into her nappy
Hello Nathalie,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review and for sharing such detailed feedback.
We’re really pleased to hear that the outfit is holding up well and is effectively preventing access to the nappy, especially compared to previous clothing you’ve tried. It’s also helpful to know that after a few washes the comfort around the neckline has improved and that it is now more tolerable for your daughter to wear throughout the day.
We’re sorry to hear that the neckline felt uncomfortable initially and that delivery charges added to the overall cost, particularly as we understand how expensive specialist clothing can be. Your comments regarding design and appearance are also really appreciated and will be shared with our team for consideration when reviewing future product improvements.
In terms of pricing and delivery costs, we do work closely with our suppliers and are required to operate within their recommended retail pricing (RRPs) when supplying their products. As a not-for-profit organisation, we always try to keep any additional fees as low as possible, while ensuring we remain financially sustainable so that we can continue supporting families and providing access to essential specialist products.
Thank you again for your honest feedback and for supporting our service.
Kind regards,
Sophie
