The petals can be re-arranged into whatever order is appropriate for your own bedtime routine. It is a brilliant visual aid that can reduce stress and anxiety around bedtime.

Showing children one image at a time can help them process what to expect before bed and can help to reduce overstimulation before bed. The images are easy to understand to help the learner follow simple instructions and can help to create a consistent routine making bedtime calmer for the carer and child.
