  • Comprehensive Core Support: The SPIO TLSO Compression Vest aids in shoulder/trunk and hip stability, promoting postural control, balance, coordination, and increased body awareness without the use of rigid supports.
  • Stabilising Pressure Input Orthosis (SPIO): Crafted with SPIO technology, this vest assists patients by addressing stability and proprioceptive deficits through deep pressure. The design focuses on providing and enhancing deep pressure sensory input around the midline of the body, improving dynamic stability and postural activation.
  • Circumferential Deep Pressure: SPIO ensures even circumferential deep pressure, delivering a calming effect on the sensory system. Unlike weighted products, SPIOs can be comfortably worn throughout the day without a break-in period.
  • Lightweight Lycra Blend Fabric: Made from a unique lightweight Lycra blend fabric, the vest offers multi-directional stretch, comfort, a strong rebound, compression aid, breathability, and overall wearability.

Care Instructions:

  • SPIOs should be washed at least every other day to ensure proper compression.
  • Machine wash with mild detergent in warm or cold water, and hang to dry.
  • The hydrophilic finish of the SPIO fabric attracts moisture away from the skin; therefore, fabric softeners are not recommended.
  • Avoid improper washing and drying in a dryer, as it may void the warranty.
  • Note: The fabric is not fire-resistant, so usage during the night is not recommended.

  • Positive impact on shoulder/arm stability and function.
  • Can be combined with pants or unitard to provide double-layer compression to the shoulder, trunk, hips, and pelvis while providing single-layer compression to the arms and legs.
