This pack includes autism-friendly church guides by Deacon Mark Pain, developed in partnership with The God Who Speaks and approved by the Archdiocese of Birmingham. These trusted resources provide clear, accessible explanations of church services and what to expect, supporting preparation, reducing anxiety, and enabling more confident participation. Their inclusion adds further depth to the Fledglings pack, bringing together practical tools and specialist guidance to support more inclusive church experiences.
Developed by Fledglings to support inclusive worship environments
Church services can involve noise, movement, unfamiliar routines and periods of stillness, which can be challenging for some individuals. This kit provides simple, practical tools to support calm, focus and understanding during worship.
Designed for shared use within churches, all items have been selected to be quiet, discreet and wipeable where possible.
