Designed for durability and those cold mornings, these Sensory School Trousers prepare you for school. Sensory School Trousers come with all the sensory adaptations in the school uniform range with the added reassurance of a thicker and more durable fabric.

What makes Sensory School Trousers different? The range of school uniforms is designed to help reduce sensory issues present within traditional school uniforms – all of The products have been designed with feedback from parents at the heart of the design process, helping with those problematic mornings getting dressed for school whilst also providing comfort and support during the day.

Designed to be indistinguishable from traditional school uniforms, Sensory School Trousers offer the following benefits:

Fully elasticated waistband – making uncomfortable metal clips a thing of the past whilst offering a more accessible alternative to get dressed quicker in the morning or after P.E.

Flat-lock Seams – Flat-lock seams remove those itchy threads that cause distraction and sensory discomfort, aiding with a concentration in the classroom and helping your child disassociate school trousers with itchiness!

No annoying labels – Tired of cutting off every label from your children’s clothes? We know that clothing labels are a significant source of sensory discomfort during the school day. Labels are discreetly placed in the pocket of our trousers.

Disappointing

I have been having a lot of difficulty finding suitable pull on school trousers for my disabled nappy wearing 10 year old. These were my last hope. I was really hoping that, as these are from a disabled site, they would have a higher waist band to cover up a nappy, but unfortunately these trousers are quite low cut so reveal a lot of nappy still. They otherwise fit him OK for now but I don't think they will last the year, so for the price, they are not very good value for money.

Hi Amy,

Thank you for taking the time to review this product. We really appreciate your feedback and will be sharing this review to the supplier to the supplier to consider the use of nappies with the school trousers in future product designs. If you are not happy with the item and they have been in a new unworn condition these can be returned to our supplier within 14 days for a refund. At Fledglings we must adhere to the pricing set by our supplier in order to work with them and they decide the recommended retail price. Unfortunately a lot of clothing for children and adults with additional needs is designed by small companies who's production costs are higher than a big retail company such as M & S. If we can help further please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.

Best Regards
Sophie
