Product Description
A weighted blanket is a helpful tool for those who seek sensory input. It can be used by both children and adults to calm their bodies, promoting a peaceful night's sleep.
The added weight of the blanket can help relieve stress and anxiety, making it useful in sensory rooms, classrooms, or at home in situations that require a calming effect. This type of blanket provides proprioceptive pressure to the entire body, which is the body's sensory system responsible for receiving signals from muscles and joints. By applying deep pressure to this system, the blanket can help relieve physical and emotional stress, promoting relaxation.
It can be used as a therapeutic tool for rest at home, in educational, rehabilitation, and medical centers. Some of its features include extra weight, which applies deep pressure, promoting relaxation and calmness.
