The Adaptive Fleece Cape with Collar – 7397 is a long, sleeveless fleece cape designed to provide warmth without the need to guide the arms into conventional sleeves. Its simple over-the-head design makes it particularly suitable for people with restricted arm movement, contractures or those who spend long periods seated.
The cape features a comfortable collar and a short front zip, making it easy to put on while providing additional coverage around the upper body. The longer length extends approximately to the knee, offering practical warmth when seated in a chair or wheelchair.
It is available in both summer and winter versions. The summer version is made with a single layer of fleece, while the winter version has two layers for additional warmth in colder conditions.
