The Adaptive Fleece Cape with Shawl Collar – 7387 is a long, sleeveless fleece cape designed to provide warmth without the need to guide the arms into conventional sleeves. Its simple over-the-head design makes it particularly suitable for people with restricted arm movement, contractures or those who spend long periods seated.
The cape features a soft shawl collar and a generous knee-length design, helping provide comfortable coverage around the shoulders, upper body and legs while seated. With no sleeves or complicated fastenings, it can be quick and straightforward to put on.
It is available in both summer and winter versions. The summer version is made with a single layer of fleece, while the winter version has two layers for additional warmth in colder conditions.
