Description

The Adaptive Wheelchair Winter Coat – 7329 is a warm, waterproof unisex coat designed to make dressing easier for wheelchair users and people who require assisted dressing. Its front-to-back design allows the coat to be placed around the wearer while they remain seated, reducing the need to lift or guide the arms through a conventional coat.

A full-length front zip opens completely for easier access, while the wide hook-and-loop fastening at the back helps secure the coat comfortably around the wearer. The sleeves are lined with a smooth fabric to help the arms slide in and out more easily, and integrated wind cuffs provide additional protection from cold draughts.

The waterproof outer fabric has a 10,000 mm water column rating, helping protect the wearer during wet weather. A soft fleece lining and insulating fibre filling provide additional warmth, making the coat suitable for colder autumn and winter conditions.
