The Adult Wheelchair Rain Cape with Hood – 7400 is designed to provide practical weather protection for people who remain seated for much of the day, including wheelchair users. Its longer cape-style design helps cover the upper body and legs without the need for a conventional fitted coat.
The cape features a hood, a short front zip and a protective hook-and-loop storm flap over the fastening. A front pocket provides useful storage and is finished with a reflective strip to help improve visibility in lower-light conditions.
Long sleeves with adjustable hook-and-loop cuffs help provide a closer fit around the wrists, while two securing straps at the lower edge can be fastened around the legs to help keep the cape in place during wet or windy weather.
The fabric and seams are designed to be both waterproof and windproof, making the cape a practical option for everyday journeys, appointments and outdoor use in changeable weather.
