The Black Cotton Adapted Cargo Trousers are designed to offer comfort, style and easier dressing for wheelchair users and individuals with additional needs. With a classic black cargo look and full-length red opening zips, these trousers combine everyday wearability with practical adaptive features that support both self-dressing and assisted dressing.
Made from soft cotton fabric, the trousers are designed for comfort throughout the day. The full-length leg zips allow the trousers to open fully, making dressing and undressing much easier when seated, using mobility equipment, or when support from a carer is needed.
The tailored waistband has been carefully designed to improve comfort in a seated position. A lower front waistband helps reduce bulky fabric at the front, while the higher back waistband offers extra coverage and helps accommodate incontinence aids more comfortably.
Red drawstrings at the waist and elasticated ankle drawstrings make it easier to adjust the fit. The trouser hems can be gathered in or left open to suit specialist boots, orthotics or calipers. Deep front pockets are positioned for easier access while seated in a wheelchair, and a protective zip guard at the back helps prevent rubbing against the legs.
These unisex adapted cargo trousers are a practical choice for children, teenagers and adults who need accessible clothing that supports comfort, dignity and independence.

Trousers are designed to be true to size. For junior sizing aged 12+, XS is typically recommended.
