A handmade cherry pit heat pad that offers gentle, even warmth or soothing cool to support everyday comfort. Compact and versatile, it is suitable for family use and can also provide supervised comfort for pets.

Suggested uses

  • May assist with everyday discomforts such as neck or shoulder tightness, menstrual cramps, back aches and general muscle fatigue.
  • Useful as a hand or body warmer after winter walks, or as a cool pack during hot weather.
  • Suitable for post-exercise relaxation during rest and recovery.

How to use

  • Warm compress: place the dry pad in a 300–600 W microwave for up to 1 minute, or heat in an oven preheated to 120 °C for about 4 minutes. Microwaves vary — heat in short increments on first use and check temperature each time.
  • Cold compress: place the pad in a clean, dry bag and chill in the freezer for 30–60 minutes.

Care

  • Remove the cherry pit filler into a bowl before washing the cover.
  • Machine wash cover at up to 40 °C with mild detergent.
  • Ensure the filler and cover are completely dry before reassembly or heating.
  • Keep cherry pits dry at all times; do not wash the filler.

  • Third-party supervision is recommended for children, older adults and pets; never leave unattended.
  • Always test temperature on the inside of the wrist before placing on skin; avoid overheating.
