VAT: Our prices are primarily displayed without VAT (Value Added Tax), as many of our customers qualify for VAT exemption due to disability. To benefit from this, simply complete a VAT exemption form, and we will refund the VAT on your first order. The Collis Curve Toothbrush Junior has curved bristles that arch over the head of the brush and meet in the middle. The bristles part when the brush is used, allowing both sides of the teeth to be cleaned. At the same time, short bristles at the base of the head, brush the top of the teeth.
Suitable for children and adults with sensory issues. The narrower brush head and softer bristles can also help a carer or parent accustom their child to having their teeth cleaned.

Return policy: For hygiene and health reasons, we can only accept exchanges or refunds for products in the same condition as when purchased, with the packaging unopened and without any alteration
Fledglings currently ships within the United Kingdom (including the Isle of Man and Jersey) only. For international orders, please email us at enquiries@fledgings.org.uk as we may be able to arrange shipping offline.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. If your order is supplied by more than one supplier, an additional charge will be applied to contribute towards shipping costs. This helps us keep product prices as low as possible and more affordable than ordering from multiple retailers individually.
Please note: Royal Mail Tracked 24 shipping does not guarantee next-day delivery. Once dispatched, delivery times are subject to Royal Mail.
We may be able to ship some items internationally. Standard shipping for small parcels to EU countries is £15.
Please note: Customs duties or import fees may be charged on arrival. These vary by country and are beyond our control. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Items in stock are usually dispatched within 2 working days of order processing and delivered to the address provided. Goods remain the property of Fledglings until full payment is received.
Some products are shipped directly from our suppliers. Where this applies, it will be clearly shown under the ‘Shipping Information’ section of the product listing. Contact us if you need more details.
If you change your mind or are unhappy with your order, you may return items within 21 days of receipt. Please allow up to 10 working days for processing. Items must be in new condition with original packaging and tags intact.
To arrange a return, email enquiries@fledglings.org.uk with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide the correct return address. Alternatively login to your order and start a return from the Orders page.
Important Notes:
If an item is returned in a condition unsuitable for resale (e.g. used, damaged, missing packaging, or unhygienic), we cannot provide a full refund.
In such cases, you will be given two options:
If the item is from our own warehouse, we can issue a partial refund, at our discretion, based on the condition of the item. If the item is from one of our suppliers we will liaise with them on your behalf.
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
As a not for profit CIC, we kindly ask that customers cover the cost of return postage. Every purchase supports Contact, the national charity for families with disabled children.

This toothbrush has been a game changer for my adult son with disabilities. The small size is less intrusive as I have to clean his teeth, which means a bit of ‘wrestling’ as he is resistant to this.
Using an electric brush was more difficult because of having to brush each side of the teeth.
The curve brush does the job in one go, is a good size for small teeth, and allows for a lot more friction than a normal manual brush as well.
My son has more patience with brushing now, and I don’t feel like I’m upsetting him twice a day. A great design.
An actual size picture would help with ordering choice.

Will try a softer version but much easier to use than a dr barman. Shame delivery took so long and you only deliver to uk😕fairly expensive. Staff at fledglings helpful and friendly

Have purchased this tooth brush a few times for my daughter. Great brush as it curves into the front and back of the tooth getting the job done quicker . She tolerates this brush better than any other brush we have tried. Brilliant service as usual. Thank you
