VAT: Our prices are primarily displayed without VAT (Value Added Tax), as many of our customers qualify for VAT exemption due to disability. To benefit from this, simply complete a VAT exemption form, and we will refund the VAT on your first order. For future purchases, please create an account so we can update your account to VAT exempt status, ensuring that VAT will no longer be applied at checkout. If you are not eligible for exemption, VAT will automatically be added during checkout.Please note: that some products are VAT exempt by default.

The Multi-Function Aroma Diffuser Lamp combines colour-changing light, Bluetooth audio and fragrance diffusion in one compact sensory unit. Designed for sensory rooms, bedrooms, relaxation spaces and home environments, it allows light, sound and scent to be used individually or together to create a personalised sensory experience.
The built-in LED lighting offers seven colours – Cyan, Blue, Purple, Green, Yellow, Orange and Red. Choose a single steady colour or allow the lamp to cycle through the colours automatically.
Bluetooth connectivity allows compatible phones and tablets to play music or other audio through the integrated speaker, while the ultrasonic diffuser disperses suitable fragrance through a fine mist.
Its compact 14 cm design makes it easy to position on a suitable table or surface without taking up much space.
Please note: This product is not a toy and should be used under appropriate adult supervision. Only fragrances or diffuser products suitable for this type of unit should be used.

The Multi-Function Aroma Diffuser Lamp is suitable for children and adults who enjoy sensory experiences involving light, sound or scent.
It may be particularly useful in sensory rooms, bedrooms, therapy spaces and relaxation areas where different forms of sensory input need to be offered from one compact piece of equipment.
The choice of individual or combined light, music and fragrance allows the environment to be adapted to personal sensory preferences. Scent should always be selected carefully and avoided where a user is sensitive to fragrance or where its use is otherwise unsuitable.

If your order includes items from more than one supplier, an additional charge may apply to contribute towards shipping costs. This allows us to keep product prices as low as possible rather than building delivery costs into every item.

Due to significantly higher courier charges to certain areas, we continue to use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for deliveries to the following postcode ranges:
Where delivery surcharges apply from suppliers or couriers, these will be reflected at checkout.
Items supplied directly from some of our suppliers may use different couriers and delivery timescales. Please check the “Shipping Information” section on the individual product page before ordering.
Some suppliers may not deliver large items to certain postcodes. If an additional charge applies, we will contact you before processing the order.
We may be able to ship some items internationally. Standard shipping for small parcels to EU countries is typically between £15–£20.
Please note: Customs duties or import fees may be charged on arrival. These vary by country and are beyond our control. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Items in stock are usually dispatched within 2 working days of order processing and delivered to the address provided. Goods remain the property of Fledglings until full payment is received.
Some products are shipped directly from our suppliers. Where this applies, it will be clearly shown under the ‘Shipping Information’ section of the product listing. Contact us if you need more details.
If you change your mind or are unhappy with your order, you may return items within 21 days of receipt. Please allow up to 10 working days for processing. Items must be in new condition with original packaging and tags intact. If swim or underwear the sanitary seal MUST be in situ.
To arrange a return, sign in to the website with your email, then from your orders page select the item to return.
Important Notes:
If an item is returned in a condition unsuitable for resale (for example used, damaged, missing packaging or unhygienic), we cannot provide a full refund.
In such cases, you will be given two options:
If the item is from our own warehouse, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion based on the condition of the item. If the item is from one of our suppliers, we will liaise with them on your behalf.
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
As a not for profit CIC, we kindly ask that customers cover the cost of return postage. Every purchase supports Contact, the national charity for families with disabled children.
