How to Measure Your Foot

Measure your foot length in cm:
Trace the sole of your foot (including orthotic if you wear one) on a piece of paper on the floor. Keep the pen as straight as possible for an accurate outline. Measure from the back of the heel to the tip of the longest toe. - On the size chart below (adults or kids), find the foot length closest to yours. If your foot length is between sizes, choose the larger size.

Measure your foot width in cm:
Measure around the widest part of your foot (at the base of the toes where they meet the foot). - On the size chart below (adult or kids), find the width closest to yours. If your foot width is between sizes, choose the larger size.
- If your width and length match two different shoe sizes, go with the larger size.
- For particularly wide feet or AFO wearers, expect to measure one to two sizes larger in width than in length.
- Removing the insole adds approximately 1.3 cm in width for adults and 0.8 cm for kids.
