Hi-Line Girls’ Incontinence Swimsuits are specialist reusable swimwear designed to provide discreet urinary and faecal continence support while looking like conventional girls’ swimwear. Each swimsuit includes a secure integrated waterproof pant, allowing comfortable swimming without the need for a disposable swim nappy or additional absorbent pad.
Suitable for swimming lessons, hydrotherapy, holidays, pools and beach activities, Hi-Line continence swimwear combines practical containment with a lightweight, comfortable design. A wide choice of colourful prints and sizes is available for children aged 3–14 years.
The swimsuit looks like standard swimwear on the outside. Inside, a waterproof integral pant provides secure containment while swimming.
Hi-Line incontinence swimwear provides a practical reusable alternative for children who require specialist containment in the water. The built-in waterproof pant removes the need to wear a bulky disposable layer beneath the swimsuit, making it suitable for regular swimming lessons and hydrotherapy.
Correct sizing is essential for effective containment. The integrated waterproof pant should fit closely around the waist and top of the leg without restricting movement. Please measure carefully and use the size guide before ordering.

Very happy with measurement guides, this really helps to choose the correct size , I had to go up 2 sizes according to the guide and it fit beautifully, the inner incontinence Pants are quality too and very secure , washes and drys well too , will buy another one when my madam outgrows this one .

The costume unicorn design is a huge hit with my daughter (5),
So much she wanted to wear this more than her “normal” costume
It also worked brilliantly at holding in her accident and didn’t contaminate the pool at all!
Only issue is that we will need to order another one soon as she’s growing and for it to be effective it needs to be a good fit and not baggy!

Good quality swimwear, kept the contents inside when my daughter had an accident poolside. Easy to wash & no staining. Downside the plastic lining is a little hard making it uncomfortable for my daughter, so she wears cotton knickers with them

Nice quality, washes well and holds bowel movements very well. Came up a tad small but that’s my fault for just ordering the next size up, whereas if I’d measured her as suggested no doubt she’d have needed to go up 2 sizes.
