KnitRite SmartKnit KAFO Interface Seamless Socks for Children are designed to be worn underneath Knee Ankle Foot Orthoses, helping to provide a smooth protective layer between the skin and the brace.
These long-length KAFO socks are completely seamless and fit closely against the skin, helping to reduce irritation, rubbing, wrinkling and pressure points inside the orthosis. The longer length provides additional coverage for use with KAFO braces, making them a practical choice for children who wear orthotic supports for extended periods during the day.
Made with high-tech CoolMax® or X-STATIC® fibres, these socks wick moisture away from the skin to help create a drier and more hygienic sock environment. The soft, form-fitting design helps reduce bunching inside the brace while supporting everyday comfort.
