The Large Capacity 50-Piece Self-Harm Distraction and Safety Kit has been thoughtfully designed to provide a wide range of practical tools, sensory alternatives and emotional supports for individuals who use self-harm as a coping strategy. Suitable for teens and adults, this kit brings together distraction items, grounding tools and basic wound-care supplies in one discreet, portable zip bag.
With space still available inside to add personal items, notes or preferred comforts, the kit can be adapted to individual needs at home, in school, supported living environments or clinical settings.
This kit is suitable for use by professionals supporting individuals who self-harm, including within schools, colleges, CAMHS, supported living, residential care and community mental health settings. The wide range of sensory, grounding and harm-reduction items allows practitioners to tailor support to individual coping plans, safety plans or behavioural support strategies. The large capacity bag also enables services to add personalised resources, written plans or additional comfort items as required.

This kit is available in a choice of four colours, with sufficient space inside to add personal items or preferred comfort tools.
