SimplyWorks Control Pro Wireless Toy Controller

The SimplyWorks Control Wireless Toy Controller allows a compatible SimplyWorks wireless switch or transmitter to operate a switch-adapted battery-powered toy or low-voltage device. Its compact, lightweight design makes it easy to position beside or fasten to a toy, removing the need for a cable between the user’s switch and the activity.

The controller offers four operating modes to suit different users, activities and learning objectives. Direct mode operates the connected item only while the switch is activated, while Latched mode turns it on with one activation and off with the next. Timed Seconds and Timed Minutes modes run the item for a selected period following a single switch activation.

A row of LEDs makes it easier to select the required timing in either timed mode. If the connected item needs to be stopped before the selected period has finished, the timed output can be cancelled using the Mode button.

SimplyWorks Control can be paired with up to six compatible wireless transmitters. This allows several users to share access to the same toy or activity without swapping or connecting switch cables. Each person can use the SimplyWorks transmitter positioned most appropriately for them.

The controller has a wireless operating range of up to 10 metres, providing flexibility when positioning the user, switch and activity. A supplied lead connects its single 3.5mm output to the corresponding switch socket on a compatible toy or low-voltage device.

Powered by two AAA batteries, SimplyWorks Control provides many months of typical use before the batteries need replacing. There is no on/off switch to manage: the unit automatically enters a power-saving mode after a period of inactivity and wakes when a button is pressed.

Operating Modes

• Direct: The connected item operates for as long as the wireless switch or transmitter is activated and stops when it is released
• Latched: One activation turns the item on and the next activation turns it off
• Timed Seconds: The item operates for the selected number of seconds following one activation
• Timed Minutes: The item operates for the selected number of minutes following one activation

How the System Connects

1. A compatible SimplyWorks wireless switch or transmitter is paired with SimplyWorks Control.
2. The supplied lead connects SimplyWorks Control to the 3.5mm switch socket on a compatible toy or low-voltage device.
3. The required Direct, Latched or Timed operating mode is selected.
4. Activating the wireless transmitter operates the connected item according to the selected mode.

Please note: A compatible SimplyWorks wireless switch or transmitter is required and is not included. The connected toy or device must already have a compatible 3.5mm switch socket; SimplyWorks Control does not adapt a standard battery compartment. Batteries are not confirmed as included. This single-channel model is not designed to control mains-powered appliances directly. For mains-powered equipment or two-channel and co-operative control, a different compatible SimplyWorks controller is required.
