Description

The SimplyWorks Receive:2 USB Wireless Receiver connects compatible SimplyWorks wireless transmitters to a PC, Mac or Chromebook. Its compact USB design provides a straightforward way to create a wireless computer-access system for one person or a shared learning environment.

Up to six SimplyWorks transmitters can be paired with Receive:2 simultaneously, with no restriction on the combination of compatible devices. A trackball, joystick, keyboard, switches, SEND interface or Smooth Talker can therefore be used individually or together through one receiver.

The wireless range exceeds 10 metres, allowing each access device to be positioned where it works best for the user. This flexibility is particularly useful in classrooms, group activities and shared computer-access settings where several people may participate from different positions.

Receive:2 connects directly to a USB port and does not require additional driver software. Once the required SimplyWorks transmitters have been paired, their supported mouse, keyboard, gamepad or switch functions are sent wirelessly to the computer.

Caps Lock and Drag Lock indicator lights make it easier to identify when these functions are active. A Pair indicator also provides feedback during pairing and flashes when information is successfully received from a connected transmitter.

Please note: Compatible SimplyWorks transmitters are required and are not included unless stated separately. Receive:2 connects to a computer through USB and does not use Bluetooth. It is designed for computer access and does not connect directly to switch-adapted toys, battery-powered devices or mains appliances. Available functions depend on the paired transmitter, computer and software being used. Receive:2 must not be connected to a PS/2 socket, including through an adaptor.
