Description

The STRONGTEX Anti-Ligature Blanket is designed to provide safety, durability and comfort in high-risk environments. Developed using specialist STRONGTEX fabric, it supports warmth and dignity while helping to reduce ligature risks. The fabric is engineered to be tear-resistant and rip-resistant, making it suitable for repeated use in demanding settings.

The high-drape design allows natural movement and full-body coverage without feeling restrictive. A smooth interior finish is gentle against the skin, helping to minimise irritation and potential agitation, making the blanket suitable for longer periods of use.

Designed without ties, elastic or strings, the blanket helps reduce the risk of ligature formation. Manufactured from inherently flame-retardant polyester and reinforced with high-strength fire-retardant stitching, it can be thermally disinfected to meet healthcare infection-control standards.
