The STRONGTEX Anti-Ligature Trousers are designed to provide a secure yet comfortable fit for individuals in seclusion or high-risk settings. Manufactured from exceptionally strong fabric, they offer high tear resistance while remaining gentle against the skin.
A smooth-finish interior helps minimise irritation and potential agitation in stressful situations. The high-drape fabric conforms softly to the body without feeling restrictive, supporting comfort and dignity. Hook and loop fastening allows for size adjustment and enables caregivers to assist with dressing and undressing safely and efficiently.
Designed without ties, elastic or strings, these trousers are specifically crafted to help reduce the risk of ligature formation. They are made from inherently flame-retardant polyester, reinforced with fire-retardant meta-aramid stitching, and can be thermally disinfected to meet healthcare infection-control standards.
STRONGTEX clothing is designed for durability but is not indestructible. It complements, not replaces, the need for supervision and care.
