The Women’s Adaptive Back-Zip Combi Jumpsuit – 8110 is a discreet one-piece outfit designed to look like a separate blouse and pair of trousers. Intended to be worn as everyday outerwear, it offers a smart and conventional appearance while helping to limit access to continence products and underwear.

The joined design may be particularly helpful for women who frequently remove their clothing, interfere with continence pads or require support to remain dressed during the day. Although it looks like a two-piece outfit, the blouse and trousers are permanently connected to create one secure garment.

A zip fastening runs along the back and continues towards the neckline, making it more difficult for the wearer to reach independently. This allows a parent, carer or support professional to assist with dressing and changing while helping to reduce inappropriate or repetitive undressing.
