The tickit® Wooden Balance Board is a smooth, sturdy beech plywood rocker designed for balance practice, active play and imaginative exploration. By standing on the curved board and gently rocking from side to side, users engage their core and lower-body muscles while developing balance, coordination and controlled movement.
