Absorbency Guide

• Heavy flow: holds up to 20ml of period flow, equivalent to approximately 4 tampons
• On heavy days, these pants can usually be worn for around 4-6 hours
• On lighter days, they may be worn for up to 8 hours
• They may also be suitable for overnight use, depending on individual flow
• On heavier days, we recommend carrying a spare pair, as everyone’s flow is different

Care Instructions

• Wash before first use
• After wear, handwash and rinse with cold water until the water runs clear
• Rinsing immediately after removing is recommended
• Machine wash on a cold wash with similar, dark-coloured garments
• Use a delicate wash setting at 30 degrees
• Air dry away from direct heat and radiators
• Do not use fabric softener
• Do not bleach
• Do not tumble dry
