About Bibetta & Care Designs

Bibetta was founded in 2004 by product designer Paul Brown after he struggled to find a bib that worked well for his young daughter. Drawing on his experience as a surfer, he recognised that neoprene could provide a practical alternative.

Neoprene is naturally waterproof, flexible and durable, with a soft feel that makes it well suited to everyday bibs and clothing protection.

In 2005, Paul and his wife Fiona launched Care Designs to create high-quality clothing protectors for teenagers and adults who needed more practical and dignified options for mealtimes and longer periods of wear.

Today, the Bibetta and Care Designs ranges provide practical clothing protection for different ages and needs, combining easy-care materials with comfortable designs for use at home, school, care settings and when out and about.
