The Comfa Fidget-T is a soft, sensory-friendly children’s T-shirt with built-in pop-it fidgets for tactile play and discreet self-regulation. It features encased seams, no irritating neck label and a comfortable design for children aged approximately 3 to 16 years.
VAT: Our prices are primarily displayed without VAT (Value Added Tax), as many of our customers qualify for VAT exemption due to disability. To benefit from this, simply complete a VAT exemption form, and we will refund the VAT on your first order. For future purchases, please create an account so we can update your account to VAT exempt status, ensuring that VAT will no longer be applied at checkout. If you are not eligible for exemption, VAT will automatically be added during checkout.Please note: that some products are VAT exempt by default.

The Comfa Fidget-T is a sensory-friendly children’s T-shirt with built-in pop-it fidgets, combining comfortable everyday clothing with a discreet tool for busy hands. The integrated fidgets allow children to press and pop the bubbles without needing to carry a separate sensory toy.
Designed for children who may find ordinary clothing uncomfortable, the Fidget-T is made from soft, smooth fabric with no irritating neck label. The seams are carefully encased to help reduce rubbing and irritation against sensitive skin, creating a more comfortable fit for school, days out, travelling or relaxing at home.
The pop-it panels provide repetitive tactile feedback that may help some children keep their hands occupied, manage restlessness or support self-regulation during everyday activities. As the fidgets are attached directly to the garment, they remain close at hand and are less likely to be misplaced than a separate fidget toy.
The Comfa Fidget-T may be useful for children and young people with autism, ADHD, sensory processing differences or other additional needs who benefit from tactile fidgeting or sensory-friendly clothing.
The integrated pop-it design provides a discreet and readily available way to keep the hands occupied. This may be particularly helpful during lessons, appointments, journeys, transitions or situations that involve waiting. Individual responses to fidget products vary, and the T-shirt should be selected according to the child’s personal sensory preferences.
It can be worn as an everyday T-shirt at home, school or during leisure activities. Schools and other settings may have their own policies regarding fidget products, so suitability should be checked where necessary.
The idea for the Fidget-T came from Max, who was playing with one of his favourite fidget toys when he wondered whether a fidget could be incorporated directly into a T-shirt. With support from his family, that idea developed into a practical garment designed around first-hand experience of sensory needs.
The result is an inventive piece of sensory-friendly clothing that combines everyday comfort with accessible tactile support.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
If your order includes items from more than one supplier, an additional charge may apply to contribute towards shipping costs. This allows us to keep product prices as low as possible rather than building delivery costs into every item.

Due to significantly higher courier charges to certain areas, we continue to use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for deliveries to the following postcode ranges:
Where delivery surcharges apply from suppliers or couriers, these will be reflected at checkout.
Items supplied directly from some of our suppliers may use different couriers and delivery timescales. Please check the “Shipping Information” section on the individual product page before ordering.
Some suppliers may not deliver large items to certain postcodes. If an additional charge applies, we will contact you before processing the order.
We may be able to ship some items internationally. Standard shipping for small parcels to EU countries is typically between £15–£20.
Please note: Customs duties or import fees may be charged on arrival. These vary by country and are beyond our control. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Items in stock are usually dispatched within 2 working days of order processing and delivered to the address provided. Goods remain the property of Fledglings until full payment is received.
Some products are shipped directly from our suppliers. Where this applies, it will be clearly shown under the ‘Shipping Information’ section of the product listing. Contact us if you need more details.
If you change your mind or are unhappy with your order, you may return items within 21 days of receipt. Please allow up to 10 working days for processing. Items must be in new condition with original packaging and tags intact. If swim or underwear the sanitary seal MUST be in situ.
To arrange a return, sign in to the website with your email, then from your orders page select the item to return.
Important Notes:
If an item is returned in a condition unsuitable for resale (for example used, damaged, missing packaging or unhygienic), we cannot provide a full refund.
In such cases, you will be given two options:
If the item is from our own warehouse, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion based on the condition of the item. If the item is from one of our suppliers, we will liaise with them on your behalf.
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
As a not for profit CIC, we kindly ask that customers cover the cost of return postage. Every purchase supports Contact, the national charity for families with disabled children.
