The Harry Harness Wearer Waist Strap is designed to be used as part of the Harry Harness system, helping neurodivergent children, teenagers and adults stay safely connected to a parent, carer or support worker during outings.
Created by Joanne, a mother to Harry, who is autistic and has ADHD, The Harry Harness was developed from real-life experience. It was designed to offer a practical, respectful and supportive way to help individuals stay close in busy, unfamiliar or overwhelming environments, while still allowing freedom of movement.
The Wearer Strap fits comfortably around the waist and connects to the Supporter Strap via the Harry Harness Freedom Attachment. This waist-level design avoids the need for wrist straps, reins or constant hand holding, offering a more discreet and dignified approach to support when out and about.
Important: The Harry Harness works as a two-part system. You will need both the Wearer Strap and the Supporter Strap with Freedom Attachment to use the harness.

Made from soft, low-sensory materials and designed for comfort, the Wearer Strap is lightweight, supportive and suitable for a wide range of ages and body types. It can be used for everyday outings such as shopping trips, school journeys, holidays and walks in public places.
Please note: this product is the Wearer Waist Strap only. It must be used with the Harry Harness Supporter Strap and Freedom Attachment, sold separately unless purchasing the full set.

The Harry Harness sizes are based on waist measurements in inches. Before ordering, measure around the waist at the point where the harness will sit, using a soft tape measure. The tape should be snug but not tight and level all the way around.
The Wearer Waist Strap allows for up to 4 inches of upward adjustment. This helps accommodate clothing layers and supports a comfortable fit across different seasons.
This product is the Wearer Strap only and is not a complete harness on its own. To use The Harry Harness system, you will also need the Supporter Strap with Freedom Attachment.
