SmartKnit Seamless KAFO Interface Socks for children are specially designed to be worn with Knee Ankle Foot Orthoses (KAFOs), providing a smooth, protective layer between the skin and the brace.
These long-length socks are completely seamless and fit like a second skin, helping to reduce irritation, pressure points, and discomfort often caused by traditional socks. They are an excellent choice for children with sensitive skin or those who require all-day orthotic wear.
Made using advanced moisture-wicking fibres, the socks help keep skin dry and comfortable, while the soft, form-fitting design prevents bunching and wrinkling inside the orthosis.
Suitable for children who wear KAFO (Knee Ankle Foot Orthosis) devices and need a smooth, protective interface sock. Ideal for those with sensitive skin or conditions where reducing friction and maintaining skin integrity is important.
