Choosing the right size
Pick the size that matches your child’s chest measurement and typical age/weight range in the size chart (see product images). Aim for a snug, secure fit so the trainer doesn’t ride up. If between sizes, choosing the smaller usually offers better support.

How it works (progression)
- Start with all pads in (back and chest) so your child feels supported and buoyant.
- As confidence grows, remove pads gradually — usually back first, then front — to encourage balance and kick strength.
- Continue until your child can float and swim unaided for short distances.
