To ensure the perfect fit, the sleeping bag should be at least 20cm longer than the user's height. The weight depends on the individual's age and recommendations from therapists or doctors. As a general rule, we suggest applying 10% of the user's body weight directly to the body, but our team is here to assist you in choosing the right size and weight.
