With a full-length back zipper from neck to ankle and a concealed double-button locking system, this design makes it much harder for the wearer to remove the garment independently. The thoughtful design also includes a roomy bottom area to accommodate continence wear, while firm ankle cuffs help prevent access to nappies or pads.
