The Waterproof Total Cover by Seenin offers full-body protection from wind and rain, designed to cover the user and wheelchair without the need to lift arms or disturb the wearer. Ideal for children and adults with disabilities or special needs.

Product Details
The outer waterproof layer provides protection from neck to toes. It hooks over the footplate and fastens around the back of the wheelchair using four flexible Hook & Loop straps, which can attach to side or lower bars on most wheelchairs.
Designed to be used alone or in combination with the Fleece Total Cover, this outer layer forms part of a versatile all-weather system for warmth and waterproofing.
